Classic cars on show at Race Retro

Car insurance customers with a love of motorsport history may wish to attend this year's Race Retro event, which will be held at Coventry's Stoneleigh Park from March 12th to the 14th.
Dennis Welch Motorsport will be present at the show with its record-breaking Austin Healey 100, which last year scooped a number of British and international land speed records after achieving 152mph at the Millbrook test track.
Meanwhile, the Historic Sports Car Club will bring a selection of cars from the eras and grids it caters for, including a 1964 Dodge Dart, a 1962 Jaguar E-Type, a Macon Formula Ford single-seater and a 1972 Rouale RP11 Formula 3 single-seater.
Some real rarities will also be on show in the form of a Peerless, a former factory press car which has been modified for enhanced performance, as well as a V8 Firenza built in South Africa as a rival to Ford's V8 Perani Capri.
Car insurance customers attending Race Retro will also have the chance to see the Allard dragster, the pride and joy of renowned London car-maker Sydney Allard.
