Festival of Speed 2010 will have Italian flavour

Car insurance customers have been promised something special for the 2010 Festival of Speed at the Goodwood motor circuit, after the Earl of March confirmed that next year's event will have an Italian flavour.
The event, which has been provisionally scheduled for July 2nd until the 4th, will celebrate Italy's passion for motor racing and its global influence on the sport.
From the Alfa Romeo and the MV Agusta to Monza and the Mille Miglia, all the Italian greats will be represented at the iconic circuit in 2010 - a year which will also see 60 years of the Formula One World Championship marked with a special gathering of cars and drivers.
"It will be fabulous to have so many great cars and drivers here at Goodwood to celebrate our Italian-flavoured Viva Veloce! theme for 2010," commented Lord March, founder of the festival.
"I look forward with much anticipation to seeing some of the greatest drivers, riders and machines in action."
September's Goodwood Revival saw attendees don 1960s attire to celebrate 50 years of the Mini.
