Cheap Clarion stereo helps young drivers save money

19th February 2010

Motorists with young drivers' car insurance who are keen to save money will be pleased to hear that Clarion has reduced the price of its entry level stereo this year.

The new CZ100E will cost drivers just £99, which is £10 less than last year's entry level CZ109E, which cost £109.

Featuring CD-R/RW playback, MP3 and WMA file compatibility, Clarion also offers an additional Bluetooth transceiver option to enable safe phone calls on the move.

Clarion's CZ100E also delivers 4x45 watts output and features a rotary volume control and white LCD display to improve driver usability.

However, motorists with young drivers' car insurance should be particularly wary of complacency having installed their new system.

Earlier this month, the Institute of Advanced Motorists warned drivers to park in well-lit areas that are busy.

The organisation also suggested that valuables, such as car stereos, should be kept out of view.
