If I am unsure of the registration number, can I still get a quote?

Yes. But you will need to be sure of the precise make and model to get an accurate quote.

What documentation do I need in order to claim my No Claims Discount?

You will need to provide evidence of your existing No Claims Discount which must be an original document, not a copy. You should request this from your existing insurer. Please be aware that you can only use the same No Claims Discount on one policy at a time.

What should I do if I have an accident?

You should contact our Claims Line as soon as possible, so that we can help you to get back on the road without delay.

What changes do I need to notify you of during the period of insurance?

You must notify us without delay if anything material changes. For example:

  • You modify the vehicle in any way
  • You change the vehicle
  • The cover you require changes e.g. you need to add another driver
  • You are convicted of a motoring offence, other than fixed penalty offences
  • You change your address or occupation.
