A&A win insurance award

An insurance award for the most effective use of e-business has been won by the A&A Group.

The award comes as the online arm of the insurance intermediary, quotea.co.uk, steps up its customer focus by launching a new and improved website which they claim will be easier to use.

A&A said the provision of effective online services was "a top priority" for the company.

Insurance quotes for motorists can now be accessed more easily through the site, including links for learner drivers and women's car insurance.

"The new website layout is what our customers tell us they want and we have worked hard to produce a true online insurance portal," said Spencer Street from the QuoteA network.

"Getting a precise insurance quote now takes no more than a couple of minutes," he added.

Tips on how to lower insurance premiums and information about driving laws are also available on the site.
